This painting was painted using negative painting, and splattering(throwing paint with a 1 inch brush). First I splattered on the yellow and orange trees. After the paint had dried, I threw the dark brown around, onto, and inside the yellow and the orange. What remained was the shape of the tree foliage. I put the tree trunks in last.
