This painting is really filled with light. I am really happy with the way the oak tree turned out, at the horizon the tree has a little bit of a glow to it. I dragged the brush across the paper the get the white sparkles I will be discussing How to Paint a Tree on my Derek Talks Art Blog today, if you are interested.
